The day will be intuitively led by the needs of the collective so the schedule below may change:

  • 10.00am onwards Arrival 

     

  • 11.00am - Welcome 

  • 12.30pm - Money Mindset and How it shows up in your business 

  • 1.30pm -  Lunch & Grounding (outdoors Weather permitting)

  • 2.30pm – Mind, Body, Soul Activation- Cacao Ceremony with Sound Bath

  • 3.30pm -  Share Circle & Commitment Ceremony

  • 4.30pm -  Emobodiment Practice & Closing Ceremony 

  • 6.00pm - Close

About your hosts:

Gurjinder

I started my business after I became I mum. 

I had no other choice. 

The corporate world just didn’t work for me anymore and my new role as a mum. 

I had no idea what I was doing to start with. 

I thought how hard could it be to have a business? 

I quickly realised it was harder than I thought and I carried so

much baggage and beliefs that weren’t actually mine. 
 

Things like:

  • I needed to work hard to earn more money 
  • I needed to trade time for money 
  • I couldn’t increase my prices because people weren’t willing to invest in themselves let alone in me 
  • I couldn’t show up on socials because what would my family think 
  • Who did I think I was joining spaces with women earning so much money 

Very quickly, I was self sabotaging and getting in my own way. 
It was so important for me to heal everything I thought I knew but it was just holding me back. 
I even experienced a family tragedy which brought my business to a halt. 
I knew things needed to change 
And that’s when I began to heal
My healing journey has been an imperative part of me and my business still being around today, 5 years on. 
Not just surviving but thriving
With a team of 3, my business is going from strength to strength and I still work on the various layers of my continual healing journey. 
And who better to bring the healing aspect of the day but my very own healer Chintal.

My healing journey commenced when I had collapsed on holiday and my daughter had screamed  “ Mummy is Dead “
Years of batting with various health issues, burnout, anxiety, depression it was a cycle I had never thought I would come out of
Constantly meeting others needs and demands, if it wasn’t giving it all to my patients, it would be framily, friends etc
I was so attached to all the titles - Mum, therapist, wife, daughter, The sick one, always depressed, I had lost my self, my identity and the inner spark.
Over two decades I had lived life in constant FEAR so had been stuck in cycles and patterns of people pleasing, saying YES to everything
The fear, anger, irritation, poor communication, poor boundaries, breaking relationships- all of this affecting every aspect of my life from family to social to business and self acceptance- including how I would handle or navigate through the challenges. 
BUT
It all changed because I made that choice and commitment :  WHO AM I?  Are the words that brought so much to the surface, the realization that is this what I want my daughter to see and live ?
My journey of healing continues 6 years on, it is a daily practice and non negotiable for me as it connects me to my true core essence of who I am. My relationship with myself is my priority 
I now live my life with ease and flow and in alignment with my highest purpose. I successfully left my NHS career in 2023 to do what I now do as a Intuitive Healer, Spiritual life coach and therapist full time.
