How much time do I need to allocate each day?
You’ll need time each day to watch a short training video or read a post
You’ll need time to implement and integrate
You’ll need time to share back to the group
So I’d say at least an hour a day
This is an identity shift so do give it whatever time you need
What if I can’t make a session?
Don’t worry, we’re going for 30 days and there’s plenty of time to catch up on content if you make the space to catch up
Everything is recorded and you can use your own pace to do the work required - take longer if you need to on a particular task and use the group for extra support when you require it
